Art Box will deliver the orders every Monday and Friday morning. If you need an express delivery, please contact us via email: email@example.com and your order will be handled separately.
Please verify and inspect the goods in person with the delivery staff. If there is any damage, please refuse the delivery and notify us immediately. Art Box will not be responsible for any damage after the artworks are delivered.
Return and replacement policy
Art Box offers our Purchaser a 7 days Refund Warranty to all our Artworks. Except for the above reason, you may contact us for a refund application within 7 days from delivery. Meanwhile, please return the artwork together with the original receipt and proof of collection. The return shipping fee shall be borne by yourself.
After receiving the returned Artwork, Art Box will proceed an inspection to the Artwork. If eligible for a refund, Refund Center will process the refund accordingly. The refund will be based on the payment method used when ordering. If you pay by credit card, refund must be processed by the bank and refund to the credit card account. Generally, whole process will take at least 6-8 weeks. The actual refund time and all relevant terms are subject to the credit card company and bank.
